If you ever lose data, stats, or progress in your game, try these steps to restore lost mobile game progress. Once you’ve linked an account to The Sims Mobile, your game progress will be saved and backed up.

Tap the Connect button for Facebook, EA, or X.

If you see the message, 'Sign in to Game Center to play on other devices', tap the Connect button.You can check your game settings to be sure. If you signed in to Game Center on your device, the game should connect automatically. If you’re already signed in, you’re ready to connect your game.

Tap Sign in and enter your Apple ID and password.

Make sure you’re signed in to Game Center.

If you don’t see it, that’s it-you’re connected!.

If you see the message, 'Sign in to Google Play to play on other devices and see your achievements', tap the Connect button.

Tap the arrow pull-out tab on the right side of the game screen.

You can link your account with Game Center, Google Play, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), or your EA Account. Make sure you choose the right account before you link your game. Once you’ve linked The Sims Mobile to an account, it can’t be unlinked. You’ll lose all your game progress if you factory reset your phone, install a major OS update, delete the app, lose your device, or get a new device. If you don't link your game to an account, you'll play as a guest. When you link The Sims Mobile to an account, you can play on multiple devices, transfer your progress to another device, and recover your game progress if it’s ever lost.
